Cure Anxiety And Panic Attacks
Cure anxiety and panic attacks by curing the reasons that cause anxiety and trigger panic attacks. There is a very big difference between curing anxiety and panic attacks and coping with anxiety and panic attacks.
It seems that sometimes when someone is using coping mechanisms to deal with their anxiety and panic attacks, they think their anxiety and their panic attacks are cured. Coping with anxiety and panic attacks is like running away from something that you know will eventually catch up to you. You can run but you can’t hide.
Coping with panic attacks or anxiety would consist of taking prescription medications to cope with your feelings of anxiety and panic. Curing anxiety and panic attacks would consist of not coping with your feelings but finding healthy ways to diminish and cure anxiety and panic attacks all together. Often times, people don’t realize that their lifestyle is causing them anxiety and triggering panic attacks. For instance, someone with a very busy life may not get enough sleep at night; they may be way too stressed out with work, school, their home life, their spouse, their children and many other things. Instead of curing this stress, they find ways to cope with it, and end up going into a state of panic or extreme anxiety rather than using healthy relaxation methods, changing their diet, getting plenty of sleep at night, removing themselves from unhealthy or stressful situations, and learning how to release stress and anxiety through outlets other than panic attacks.
In order to cure anxiety and panic attacks, naturally without any prescription drugs such as Xanax or Valium, there must be a decision made to change your life, and a commitment to whatever you need to do to cure the anxiety and stop the panic attacks. This commitment may happen instantly but anxiety and panic attacks won’t go away over night. This is a process, a very rewarding process that can take months or years. Gradually, the panic attacks and anxiety will become easier to deal with and overcome; and eventually will not be present in your life at all.
There are a few simple things that will aid in the process to cure anxiety and panic attacks. Getting enough sleep at night is essential, eliminating caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes, and other unhealthy foods or chemicals from the body, gradually working exercise, yoga, meditation, and other healthy practices into your everyday life, eliminating people, places and things that cause stress and anxiety, learning how to handle stressful or anxious situations, places or things without having a panic attack or sever anxiety, taking breaks from work, school or family life, talking with a counselor about ways to cure anxiety and panic attacks, becoming conscious of thoughts, actions, and words, eliminating negative thoughts or thinking patterns and turning them into positive thoughts, trusting yourself, and knowing your body and mind.
This may seem like a lot to do on your own but to cure anxiety and panic attacks, one must do this on their own, with the help of their loved ones, or with a counselor. A good place to start is becoming conscious of what you are putting into your body. As mentioned above, eliminating caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes, unhealthy foods and other unhealthy chemicals or toxins makes a huge difference in how you feel, and how you deal with stress and anxiety. Along with that, finding ways to incorporate relaxation into everyday, exercising, building confidence, and loving yourself puts you on your path to cure anxiety and panic attacks.
